Take time to get acquainted with your program. You’ll want to preview lessons and get a basic idea of what you’ll be doing ahead of time. Try to anticipate what you will need to be successful and identify any potential trouble zones to avoid unpleasant surprises down the line. Connect with your co-facilitator so you can both feel prepared to deliver the curriculum and divvy up roles and responsibilities.
