Share successes and lessons learned
Sharing program successes and lessons learned with your community will help keep them informed and instill community buy-in and support. Use a mix of communication channels for different program stakeholders, like:
- Parent/Youth Gathering
- Videos of the program or participants
- Youth Newsletter
- Tribal Newsletter
- Newspaper
- Local or Tribal Radio
- Social Media
- Partner Channels (e.g., school, tribal clinic, Boys & Girls Club, Youth Council)
- Email Listserv
Sharing photos or videos of the program can help tell the story and can help recruit the next round of students.
